| I was born 1955,
in the same house as my two sisters and four brothers who are older than
me. My father was born in the same house - a croft which my grandfather
and his first wife bought in 1889.
The croft was placed by the edge of the wood at the south side of the stream with a view over the rest of the villiage. The house was demolished several years ago. Lännäs of today is a villiage of around 30 families. The children goes to the same school as those my age did. The former chairman of Swedish business world, Sören Gyll, decents from this villiage. |
